Refunds and cancelling
When you can cancel, how refunds work, and your rights after your robot is ready.

This page explains when you can cancel a robot and get your money back. The full rules are in our terms of sale, sections 6, 7 and 13.
Before your robot is ready to download
You can cancel in your account at every stage before your robot is ready to download: while it waits for our build computer, while it is being built, and after a failed build. You get a full refund.
If your robot is late
If your robot is not ready to download within 72 hours of your order, we cancel the purchase and refund you in full. You do not need to ask.
After your robot is ready to download
When you buy, you ask us to start building straight away, and you accept that your right to cancel ends once your robot is ready to download. After that, you cannot cancel the purchase.
Your legal rights stay. If the robot does not match its description or does not work as described, tell us. We will fix or rebuild it free, and if we cannot, you can have a price reduction or a refund.
We do not give a refund because a backtest or live trading did not go as you hoped. Any other refund is at our discretion.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of the cancellation or of our decision. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If we refund a robot after it was ready to download, its licence ends. You must then stop using the robot and delete your copies.
While we launch
While payments are switched off, robots are free, so there is nothing to refund. You can still cancel a robot before it is ready to download.
